Description
Passivity Plus is a new-to-USA, self-adjusting, multi-unit abutment coping used in full arch restoration developed for today’s digital and analog workflows. Laboratories supporting Grammetry or Photogrammetry use this neutralizing coping regardless of the data acquisition and fabrication process. Meaning, the minute imperfections of our work, compiled with the various records received can be neutralized by the designed self-adjusting mechanism, and make full arch passive and stress-free. The pivoting mechanics allow multiple copings to meet their MUA margins at the correct, passive angle position, and create a cold-weld type fit. This device is intended for final restoration, and could be used for long-term temporaries.
Today, titanium substrate bars are used to prevent breakage. The industry utilizes this tactic due to passivity unknowns, adding a bar to protect the zirconia. Bars are expensive, and can mask impassivity. The Passivity Plus coping makes true passivity for a reasonable cost, without the need for expensive bars. If the bar is still requested, Passivity Plus copings be included.
Passivity Plus is today’s full arch stress-free, game-changer.
